Our Cabo Timeshare is available for 2012!!
The timeshare rental we’re offering is for one full week (7 days starting Sat to Sat or Mon to Mon) for a Luxury Suite at the Hacienda del Mar Resort in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico.
This one bedroom suite contains one full bathroom, a jacuzzi, two queen beds, a partial kitchen, living and dining area, and a balcony or terrace. The suite has full ceramic tiles throughout the unit so no need to worry about tracking in sand from the beach, it’s easy to clean.

The timeshare is available for a full week (7 days) for $1,000. We accept Check, Money Order, or Pay Pal. A Pay Pal transaction would have the Pay Pal fees ($29) added to the total amount. Once the check clears the bank we’ll turn the reservation over to you. The only scheduling restriction is the week of Christmas and New Year’s of 2010 is a blackout. Other than that one week this year it’s wide open.

Once on their website you need to select the dates for your travel. Then you’ll be presented with room options, make sure you find the pricing for the 2 Queen Beds room. Once you do that feel free to contact me for the transaction details for our timeshare. Depending on the dates our unit works out to be anywhere from $200 – $1200 cheaper for the week.
The most expensive weeks in Cabo are US Spring Break(s), and any US holidays. The typical room rate during these times ranges from $185 – $250 a night. Our rate of $142 per night is quite a bit cheaper and you still have the amenities of a hotel!
